Fitting a Cubicle The instructions below give you a basic guide on how to fix together one or more cubicles.
Stanton's can arrange fitting for all our cubicle and vanity washroom products.
Step One - Measuring Up
Measure and mark a vertical line on the back wall for the position of the partition. Then mark on the wall positions to fix the three brackets.
Step Two - Fitting Brackets
Fix the three channel brackets required for each partition, on the vertical line drawn on the wall.
Step Three - Fitting the partitions
Ensure the partition is level and fix the brackets to the partition using the T-Nuts provided.
Step Four - Fitting Fascia
Mark off the positions of the three brackets on the fascia. Fix the channel brackets to the fascias then fix to the end of the partition.
Step Five - Fitting Partition Support
Attach the support leg to the partition and adjust to the correct height. Ensure the partition is correctly aligned and fix support to floor.
Step Six - Fitting Headrail
With the fascias and partitions firmly fixed, the headrail must be placed in position over the tops of the fascias, bridging the floor gap. Fix the headrail permanently by attaching to the fascias.
Step Seven - Fitting the door, hinges and lock assembly
Attach the hinges to the fascias and door ensuring the door is hung horizontal, then attach the indicator bolt to the door. Engage the lock and mark on the fascia the point to attach the keep. Unlock the indicator bolt and attache the keep using the fixings provided.
