• CAD Design Service

With two trained CAD designers, this new service is designed to ensure we are an end to end solution for all our customers.

We now have the capability to design your perfect product, and send that information to our machines, and create the finished product with pinpoint accuracy.

Washrooms, Cubicles and kitchens can all be designed by our inhouse experts.

CNC Machining

We have invested in a state of the art Reichenbacher CNC Machine, to enable us to provide our customers a range of additonal services that include routing, drilling, cutting, rebating and shaping to wood, laminate, solid surface resins and acrylics.

We also offer bespoke cutting, staircase strings, CNC and drilling services.

• CNC Panel Cutting

We have two Scheer beam saws for cutting panels up to 4.1m long, and up to 100mm thick ensuring that we can meet your cutting requirements. 

Edging

We offer an exceptional edging service that can meet all of your needs. Machine edging Veneer, ABS PVC and solid timber and our experienced staff can manually edge if required for that perfect finish.

Thicknesses for the edging can be from 0.5mm to 10mm.

• Flat Press Bonding

Hot oiled six cylinder hydrolic press that can press up to 10x5 boards double sided.

Commercial Skirting

We offer a range of colours including black, white, grey and brown and we are able to cut to the required size as this is manufactured onsite.

With the option to collect or have it delivered directly, it couldn't be any simpler getting the colour and quantity required.

Worktop Mitring

Whether you have purchased your worktop from us directly or elsewhere, we offer a professional and fast mitring, edging and shaping service.
